I want to get my girlfriend%26#039;s mother flowers for mothers day, and I was just wondering if it is poor ettiquette to have them delivered the Saturday before. I know they have big plans all day on Sunday so I wanted to be sure she got them on time, and also web site florists say they can%26#039;t guarantee delivery on that date.
Is it OK to have mothers day flowers delivered on Saturday?
Most Mother%26#039;s Day flowers are delivered the Friday or Saturday before. Mom won%26#039;t care- she will be very happy to be remembered. Follow up with a phone call or visit on Sunday.

I think it is a beautiful idea of yours, to think of your girl-friends mother! And my bet is, she want even waste a thought about, that it is one day early.

Reply:It is absoltuely okay to have flowers delivered the Saturday before. Flowers for Mother%26#039;s Day, even Valentines Day are delivered quite a few days early prior to the actual day. The fact you recognize the day is thoughtful, not the day it comes.
